Our assessment process and what to expect:

Step 1
After joining our waitlist, we will schedule time with you for one-on-one testing when it is your turn. Testing is typically Monday through Friday and begins at 9:30am and can last up to 7 hours, depending on individual testing needs. We take breaks as needed, including lunch for longer days, and can also spread testing over several days as scheduling allows.

Step 2
Results and follow up: After testing is completed, it can take up to 10 weeks to receive your results, which we will schedule time for you to receive these. This appointment includes a personalized evaluation report, and recommendations tailored to your individual needs. We will discuss each of the assessments and what your results mean in the context of your daily life. We also pay attention to what is going well in your life, making sure to design recommendations that include your strengths.
We can tailor your report for any professionals you choose, such as doctors, teachers, or other professionals, and can provide educational material and/or resources for next steps.

Typically, insurance does cover the assessment if you have met your deductible as well as having a responsibility for any copays.
The assessment billing is broken down into 2 parts and totals between 15-20 hours. 1) Your actual testing day in-office. 2) The report write-up and your feedback.
