Cascades Wellness Center offers a variety of clinicians, each of whom is covered by a variety of insurance providers - which may include: Premera, Regence Blue Shield, Cigna, Group Health/Kaiser Permanente, First Choice Health Network, and Medicare.

Please note that plans may differ in the amount that clients are required to pay per visit, number of visits covered, and billing. Check with your insurance provider to learn more about your benefits plan. We are happy to help you with this process if you are unsure what to ask.

 

If we are in-network with your insurance provider, we will submit your claims directly. Please note that some services require prior authorization.

If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, our policy is to collect fees at the time of service and provide you with the necessary billing documents so you may submit your claims for reimbursement. 

 

Please note that some forms of testing (e.g., academic testing) are not covered by medical insurance benefits.

Fees:

• Initial intake session - $235.

• Hourly fee for ongoing session - $175 

• Hourly fee for assessments- $200 for the first hour, and $150 each subsequent hour

Please note that in the case of a late arrival, appointments will still end at their scheduled time.​
